Similar in-house developments are known to have required internal budget cost in excess of £1M taking over 2 years to deliver - with attendant ongoing support costs and key staff retention challenges. EASui is priced on a modular basis allowing clients to select the components that fit their requirements and budget. Initial costs vary by the number of modules and start from £25K.

EASui ensures ongoing support and development to meet changing IT environment and analytical requirements. As we aim to keep the initial costs as low as possible, we spread much of the research and development costs through our annual renewal fees. Annual renewal fees vary by the number of users and start from 15%. If the system is no longer what you require, then you simply choose not to renew.

Additional services can be included such as additional training days, initial load of experience analysis data, implementation of best practice for ongoing processing. Whilst we do not provide database administration support, we are very happy to provide guidance to your DB Administrator and answer any questions.
